HSEQ Manager (m/f/d)
To strengthen our QEHS department, we are looking for a process engineer, nautical engineer or similar as HSEQ Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks as HSEQ Manager (m/f/d)
- Implementation and further development of our quality, environmental and occupational safety management systems
- Development and implementation of our sustainability management system
- Supervision of the BIQ and TMSA vetting systems
- Carrying out internal audits on ships and in shore-based operations, as well as suppliers
- Conducting training courses on board our ships and shore-based operations
- Cost and budget control
Your profile
- Completed studies (preferably process engineering or nautical engineering)
- Auditor training (IRCA or comparable) advantageous
- Experience with vetting systems (BIQ, TMSA) advantageous
- Experience in inland or maritime shipping advantageous
- Good foreign language skills in English (French or Dutch advantageous)
- Good IT skills in MS Office products
- ADN (basic) expertise, dangerous goods officer, occupational safety specialist advantageous
- Enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis and solving problems
- Willingness to master the tasks ahead of us
- Willingness to be on emergency standby duty
