Compliance Hotline
The Reederei Jaegers Group has set up a whistleblower reporting system in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). The whistleblower reporting system is available to all employees of Reederei Jaegers GmbH and its subsidiaries (Reederei Jaegers Group), former employees, business partners and other direct and indirect third-party partners. The whistleblower reporting system can be used to report possible legal violations in or in connection with the company (also includes possible violations within the supply chain).
Possible offences
Notifications within the meaning of the HinSchG are, in particular, notifications of information about or indications of possible violations of national criminal provisions, provisions subject to fines for the protection of life, limb, health or rights of employees as well as internal guidelines and other grievances in the workplace. Information on possible violations of certain federal and state legislation as well as directly applicable legal acts of the European Union are also recorded.
